Startbekwaam Leerkracht Basisonderwijs
Startbekwaam Leerkracht Basisonderwijs, dat is wat ik op dit moment officieel ben. Na vier jaar hard zwoegen (nou ja, in ieder geval het laatste jaar) heb ik hem eindelijk binnen: mijn pabodiploma. Ik ben klaar voor een nieuwe start in mijn leven, mijn leven als 'echte' juf!
De afgelopen weken is er dan ook een hoop veranderd. Het ene moment zit je nog tot over je oren in portfolio's, beoordelingslijsten en evaluaties, het volgende moment sta je ineens voor de klas waarvan jij volgend jaar de juf bent. Over wat er in deze tussentijd is gebeurd wil ik hier een korte impressie geven. Het is immers niet voor niets de laatste tijd zo stil geweest op deze weblog!
Na het afronden van mijn LIO-stage, heb ik mijn LIO even helemaal links laten liggen. Het afgelopen jaar is er genoeg gebeurd tijdens mijn LIO-stage en ik had het er even mee gehad. Zeker omdat er iedere keer als ik mijn kast keek, werd geconfronteerd met een formulier. Op dit formulier stonden namelijk een hoop vragen die je in de vorm van een portfolio moest beantwoorden. En daar had ik nog even geen trek in. Na een aantal weken me volledig op mijn differentiatie te hebben gestort, moest het er toch echt van komen en heb ik ze braaf in zitten vullen. Wel leek het op dat moment allemaal een stuk makkelijker te gaan. Op de een of andere manier had ik alles helemaal van me af kunnen zetten en kon ik mijn LIO met een goed gevoel afronden.
Voor mijn differentiatie moest ik de laatste weken van het schooljaar nog even flink 'op m'n peard'. Het geven van de lessen in de praktijk was een groot succes, maar daarna moest er natuurlijk nog geevalueerd, gecorrigeerd en gepresenteerd worden. Na de laatste presentatie voelde het wel een beetje gek. Michiel de Ruyter was deel uit gaan maken van ons leven en nu lieten we hem opeens gaan. Er werd nog geopperd om een Piet Hein leskist te gaan maken maar dat was toch teveel van het goede. Inmiddels blijkt dat er ook na het succesvol afsluiten van onze differentiatie genoeg belangstelling is voor onze leskist. Na de vakantie kunnen we dus ook nog vrolijk verder met Michiel!
Toch waren de hiervoor genoemde zaken, niet de zaken waar ik me het meest mee heb beziggehouden. Het einde van mijn opleiding kwam immers in zicht en dus ook mijn bezigheden voor volgend jaar. Voor mij was dat niet zo moeilijk, ik wilde namelijk gewoon voor de klas. Het plan was er dus al snel, het resultaat heeft een tijdje geduurd. Na een groot aantal sollicitatiebrieven (met een even groot aantal afwijzingen) en een sollicitatiegesprek zonder resultaat, had ik de hoop al een beetje opgegeven. Gelukkig heb ik eind vorig jaar al invalwerk gedaan en kon ik hier na de vakantie altijd nog op terugvallen. Gelukkig deed zich voor mij een magnifieke kans voor. Binnen drie dagen schreef ik een brief, mocht ik op gesprek en was ik aangenomen op een school! Ik mag tot kerst een zwangersschapsvervanging doen in groep 1/2. Voor mij is dat weer even een carriereswitch maar ik heb er ongelofelijk veel zin in. Zeker nu ik al kennis heb gemaakt met de kinderen en met 'mijn' lokaal!
Maar voordat ik aan de slag ga als juf, ga ik me eerst maar eens bezighouden met iets waar ik me heel het jaar nog niet echt bezig mee gehouden: vakantie houden! Nu moet ik in de vakantie eens niet mijn logboek bijwerken, notulen uitwerken of een bezoek brengen aan een instantie, ik ga lekker in mijn 'nieuwe' huis en tuin zitten! Fijne vakantie allemaal!
